Guiding you through the transition.
Honest answers and practical resources to help your family find peace of mind and clinical-level confidence.
Meet the Founders.
Love & Care was born from a simple belief: healing happens best in a home, not a hallway. Our founders designed this residence to be a "dignified alternative" to institutional care—blending the professional safety net of a large facility with the warmth and privacy of a boutique guest house.

Samson founded Love & Care with a deep-seated commitment to patient-centered care and a vision for a more dignified recovery experience. With over a decade of leadership in high-level rehabilitation hospitals, Samson recognized that the path to regaining independence is most effective when clinical expertise is delivered within the comfort of a home, not a hallway.
Previously serving as a Senior Lead Therapy Assistant at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Samson led teams in executing complex therapeutic treatments and specialized mobility training. His extensive background as a Restorative Nursing Aide at Lifecare Hospital of Plano and Plano Specialty Hospital gave him a unique perspective on the intersection of nursing and therapy, specifically in managing activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintaining clinical safety while promoting resident independence.
At Love & Care, Samson ensures that our "safety net" is built on a foundation of professional excellence. He oversees our residential recovery programs, specializing in helping residents regain strength and mobility after surgery or hospitalization. By maintaining a high 1:4 staff-to-resident ratio, Samson ensures that the clinical sterilization, vital monitoring, and personalized exercise plans found in large hospitals are delivered with the quiet, personal touch of a boutique sanctuary.
